The KR series dough rolling machines MIRATEK are designed to automate the rolling of dough blanks made of steep or short dough, and to obtain a uniformly rolled layer of the required thickness of 0.2-20 mm. Thanks to this machine, it is possible to quickly and easily make dumplings, dumplings, chebureks, noodles, khinkali, pizza, prosphora and other food products.
